Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is unused, unopened, and the original seal is fully intact.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, worn, or altered hair extensions.

Exchanges:

If you received the wrong product or a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at royalslavichair@gmail.com.
We’ll be happy to exchange it for the correct product after inspecting the return.
